Items listed as, "Usually ships in 3 to 5 weeks," typically takes up to 3 to 5 weeks to receive the item from our suppliers, package the item, and prepare it for shipment.
Because of this availability for the items, I am uncertain how you would like us to proceed.
We would still be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible. If this solution will not work for you, we'll help you return the item for a full refund, along with the associated shipping costs. You won't be charged for the return shipping fee.
