No, sí no hace falta. Ya me han contestado...

For your records, your original query was:

And try to repeat correctly the one ;

This is OUTRAGEOUS. Your way of acting seems to me shameful.
So that already I take waiting more than one month, and now you order me a self-declaration, to sign it, and return to you... Not?...
And all for what time; 2 months?...
Since you will understand I do not think to return to buy you ANYTHING. For what? With other much more serious electronic trades in UK...
Thanks for NOTHING.

One of our customer services advisors has reviewed your query and we are able to confirm the following
:

I am sorry that you feel our process is unsatisfactory.

Delivery for international customers usually takes between 10-15 days, however if your order is not received within this time we have to allow 30 days before we can investigate with Royal Mail, this is the timescale set out by the Royal Mail.

Our company policy is to send out a self declaration form to enable us to investigate failed deliveries with the postal service.

We do require you to complete this form and return it to us to allow us to carry out this investigation on your behalf.

This form will give you the option to request either a replacement or a refund, this request will be actioned on receipt of the form.

I apologise for any inconvenience this matter has caused.

Saludos!! Ribus
