Avanzo que del siguiente film de Bergman, Esto no puede ocurrir aquí, de 1950, no puedo comentar nada, puesto que se ha convertido en un film invisible. En imdb se dice:

It is said that this is the one movie Bergman made that he was so disappointed with that he does not want it to be shown, and because he is so highly respected it's been screened very few times. Neither has it been released on VHS/DVD.

Según la Wkipedia, al parecer se hizo una versión en inglés para la exportación. Precisamente ese sería el motivo que la intérprete principal fuera Signe Hasso, que llevaba muchos años trabajando en Hollywood. La fotografia es de Gunnar Fischer, el mismo responsable de la de La sed. El guión, ajeno, de Herbert Grevenius, basado en la novela de un autor noruego. Atención a la sinopsis que se lee en imdb:

Atka Natas is a secret agent from the oppressive regime of Liquidatzia. He visits his estranged wife Vera, a chemist who is involved with a group of exiles trying to smuggle their compatriots out of Liquidatzia. Almkvist, an honest local policeman and former lover of Vera's, contacts her while investigating the death of one of the refugees. Natas has a list of agents operating in the host country and wants to sell them to the Americans. However before he can do so, Vera tries to kill him, after an argument about getting her parents out of Liquidatzia.

No parece una temática demasiado bergmaniana, pero me gustaría poderla ver algún día. A ver si hay suerte.
